Rezilience Ltd. Creating, developing and delivering high-quality, research-based, healthy, and fun kids’ content since 2020.

We have decades of experience working as writers, directors, producers and presenters across a wide range of media distributed by international, national and regional broadcasters and platforms. We’re deeply committed to producing kids’ content that is fun and funny, but that also makes a real difference to kids’ wellbeing and models healthier ways to use and connect through media. We support all this with evidence-based lesson plans and educational outreach.

To make media that does good, we work with BAFTA winners, Waterstones Children’s Prize winners, and award-winning designers and artists.

Martin Spinelli

Director

Martin is the first Professor of Podcasting in the UK, has managed hundreds of thousands of Pounds of podcasting and children's media production projects since 2020, and is a best-selling author. He got his first paying gig in radio when he was 19.

Lance Dann

Director

Lance has more than 30 years' experience producing award-winning radio, podcasts and integrated media experiences with BBC Radio 3 & 4, Audible, The Globe Theatre in London and the Wooster Group in New York. Recently he won Gold for Best Entertainment Producer at the APAs for The Rez.

Tim Pilcher

Director

Tim is Currently Executive Editor with Insight Editions. He' formerly CEO of Soaring Penguin Press and has worked for DC comics and Vertigo. His reputation for success in mental health, wellbeing & LGBTQ comics is unmatched.
