Summary
The Aileen native app gathers a record of your conversations with Aileen.
You can delete all of the data (from both the app and server) under the Settings menu when you are in a conversation.
We do not use any embedded analytics and cannot link a conversation to a specific person. We do not track IP addresses other than general https server logs which are rotated regularly.
The anonymous conversation data is not shared with any Third Party organisations.
The Aileen servers are based in the UK.
Reporting a conversation
If you feel that a conversation is inappropriate we ask you to report it to Reziliience by clicking the 'Flag Conversation' button under the Settings menu.
Once a conversation has been flagged we will take a snapshot of that conversation which will be kept until our investigation is complete.
Deleting your data
You can delete all of your data from within the app by clicking the 'Delete data' button under the Settings menu. This will completly remove your chat data from the device and the Reziliience servers.
Your data is identified only by a random id and we can not associate it to any specific user. If you no longer have the app installed then we will not usually be able to identify your account unless you can provide additional information such as chat transcripts or have completed an online purchase. Please do get in touch if you are unable to delete your account by following the usual proceedure.
